1. The price of the products and services, payment terms
1.1 The price of the products and services and possible expenses related to the delivery can be settled by the Buyer using the chosen payment method that will be offered to the Buyer on the Website. The offered methods are:
- quick money transfer by means of online banking, online purse and other methods available on the website
- quick card payment.
1.2 Together with the purchase price, the Buyer is obliged to pay the Seller all the packaging fees and delivery fees related to the products and services in the agreed amount. If it is not stated otherwise, the purchase price will contain the delivery fees.
1.3 Billing information cannot be changed after the order is sent.
1.4 The Buyer will pay the whole price of products and services and all the delivery fees before the products and services are prepared for delivery.
1.5 The Buyer's obligation to pay for the products and services and the delivery fees is fulfilled once the Seller receives the money transfer from the Buyer.
1.6 Potential discounts provided by the Seller cannot be combined.
1.7 If it is common in the trade or if it is determined by the binding legislation, the Seller will issue an invoice with all the data about the payment subject to the Contract. The Seller is a VAT payer. The invoice is issued by the Seller after the Buyer pays for the products and services and the Seller will send it via email to the Buyer's email address.
1.8 You can cancel your order within 48 hours after payment. All funds will be refunded to the payment method you used to make the order. The cancelation is done through an e-mail written to us.
1.9 Non-delivery of the service: in case the delivery hasn't arrived within specified time frames.
1.10 Product not-as-described: such issues should be reported to our support department within 2 days from the date of the purchase. Clear evidence must be provided proving that the purchased product is not as it is described on the website. Complaints which are based merely on the customer’s false expectations or wishes are not accepted.
1.11 You agree that upon purchasing our services, you clearly understand and agree what you are purchasing and will not file a fraudulent dispute via PayPal, Credit card, Apple Pay or other payment methods present on the website.
1.12 Upon a fraudulent attempt to file a dispute, claim, unauthorised transaction or chargeback, we grant the right, if necessary, to ban your username and/or IP address from this website.
1.13 You agree that upon purchasing, all payments are one time deals and are made voluntary by you as a customer.
1.14 Making a fraudulent chargeback(s) or friendly chargeback against our company which may result in penalties from payment providers, suspension of our merchant accounts, hold of funds and other losses, we reserve the rights to request these losses from you, including through legal actions. The damage caused will be calculated by third party specialised firms.
